Second Dinner is building an industry-leading growth team and is looking for someone to help us shape the growth team of the future.
We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and impact-driven Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help scale growth efforts for MARVEL SNAP during a pivotal shift to in-house publishing. You’ll be central to building the systems, data integrity, and insights that power smarter media buying, faster decision-making, and scalable performance.
You’ll be a foundational analytics hire on a lean, high-impact team during a key moment in our evolution as we bring User Acquisition entirely in-house.
Your Role
The Senior Growth Marketing Analyst will report to the Director of Growth, and this role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, data systems, and growth strategy. If you’re excited to help shape how we scale, this role is for YOU!
This is more than just analyzing performance; it’s about helping build the systems and insights that will power our growth engine for years to come. You’ll play a foundational role in defining how Second Dinner measures, interprets, and acts on marketing data across channels. You’ll help shape the growth analytics playbook not just for MARVEL SNAP, but for future titles in development. You’ll collaborate with top-tier talent across product, creative, and publishing in a high-trust, high-ownership environment where your insights won’t just be heard, they’ll shape what we do next.
Your work will directly impact the success of MARVEL SNAP and lay the groundwork for how we scale performance across the secret projects we can’t wait to reveal.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Paid UA Performance: Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to optimize campaigns across channels. Surface trends, flag risks, and accelerate decisions through sharp analysis and scalable tooling (reports, dashboards)
Measurement & Attribution Setup: Own media partner integrations and attribution settings across platforms (Appsflyer, Firebase, Meta). Monitor attribution windows, event quality, and fraud signals to ensure accurate information
UA Data Quality: Monitor data accuracy across UA systems by validating performance data in marketer-operated platforms (e.g., Meta Ads UI, Appsflyer dashboards). Act as the first line of QA on the UA side, flagging discrepancies and escalating to Data Engineering or other partners as needed
UA Dashboarding & Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards for UA execution and planning, tracking trends, pacing, anomalies, and test results
UA Performance Deep Dives & Analysis: Scope and execute UA analysis across key dimensions to uncover insights that inform media mix, geo strategy, and budget decisions
Partner closely with Snap’s Analytics team to stay aligned on key learnings and ensure shared visibility
Modeling Insights & Collaboration: Partner with Data Science to interpret and apply model outputs (e.g., quality scores, payback, ROAS) to UA daily decision-making
What You’ll Need:
(Even if you don’t check every box. If this role excites you, we’d still love to hear from you!)
3+ years in growth analytics, UA data, or marketing performance roles (mobile or gaming strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of Marketing channels (Meta, Google, ASA, DSPs), and how media buying connects to attribution, ROAS, LTV, and optimization
Experience building cohort-based analysis to guide geo, channel, and budget decisions
Hands-on with attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular), including event setup, SKAN, and postback QA
Proficient in building dashboards and visualizations to track UA performance, pacing and results using tools like excel, Looker or similar
Comfortable working with SQL to extract meaningful insights from large data sets
Strong QA instincts and a bias toward proactive data validation and troubleshooting
Able to communicate data insights clearly across teams and identify opportunities/solutions in ambiguous situations
Motivated by clarity, grounded in detail, and excited to help build the systems that power sustainable growth
Nice to Have, But Not Necessary:
Experience in a mobile-first UA or analytics role, with additional exposure to cross-platform or PC titles a plus
Practical use of AI tools to automate workflows, improve reporting, or experiment with creative analytics
