Responsibilities

  • Own market marketing strategy and annual planning.
  •  Drive business KPIs including registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity and revenue growth.
  • Own marketing budget allocation and prioritization.
  • Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional planning across Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid and regional teams.
  • Define market priorities and GTM direction.
  • Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
  • Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Experience owning business KPIs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to grow into a Market Lead role.
  • Crypto, fintech or tech experience is a strong advantage.
  • Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
