Job Description

This position is based in Boulder, CO or Phoenix, AZ.

Position Overview

The Senior Marketing Designer plays a key role in supporting the marketing and event initiatives for New Hope Network and SupplySide. This position works closely with the Senior Marketing Design Manager and the design team to brainstorm, design, and execute marketing programs for flagship brands such as Natural Products Expo West, SupplySide Global, and others.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Designer who combines creative passion with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure during peak production periods and brings a collaborative spirit to complement our talented creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative print and digital assets for marketing and events
  • Develop infographics, print and digital advertisements, and event signage
  • Create engaging UX digital experiences, emails, and landing pages
  • Design professional PowerPoint presentations and other marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling

This role requires a balance of creativity, technical skill, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a designer in the events industry or with an agency

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, AEM, etc.)
  • HTML coding and illustration abilities (preferred)

Creative Abilities

  • Strong visual and conceptual skills with corresponding technical abilities
  • Desire to grow and learn about workflows and design thinking
  • Ability to work with different visual styles
  • Creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving

Work Style & Attributes

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with proactive behavior and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively under deadline pressure

The salary range for this role is $60,000- $77,000 based on experience.
