  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, technical expertise, and solid design principles

  • A sharp eye for composition, color, and detail, with the ability to proof for errors and refine your work

  • Proficiency in both Adobe Creative and Google Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Google Slides, Sheets, Docs). Also, proficiency in (or willingness to learn) Figma and Premiere Pro. After Effects is a plus

  • Strong communication skills to present concepts clearly and collaborate effectively

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently

  • Experience with AI creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, Midjourney, Adobe)

  • A growth mindset: eager to learn and receive feedback, passionate about creating, and committed to excellence

  • Flexibility to iterate quickly and adapt to shifting priorities and feedback, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure, and pitching in where needed
