We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual elements that enhance user experience and support our gamification strategy while working collaboratively with our development team.

• Design custom icons and UI elements from scratch that align with casino branding.

• Create digital avatars using AI tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, and Adobe Firefly.

• Develop engaging animations for website elements and gamification features.

• Design gamification-focused elements for bonuses and promotions.

• Design eye-catch and advertisements to attract casino players.

• Create striking website design elements that convert visitors to loyal customers.

• Develop graphics for social media marketing campaigns to drive player acquisition.

• Design visually appealing and informative infographics for game tutorials and guides.

• Create a consistent visual language across all marketing materials for brand recognition.

• Design interactive game guides to help players understand gameplay mechanics.

• Optimize user interfaces for maximum conversion and engagement.

• Analyze design performance metrics to continuously improve visual strategy.

• Portfolio demonstrating strong digital design skills, particularly in gaming or casino projects.

• Experience with UI/UX design for web applications, preferably in iGaming.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

• Working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design.

• Experience with animation tools like Lottie or similar.

• Skills using AI design tools for creating avatars and unique assets.

• Understanding of color psychology and its application in casino design.

• Knowledge of typography principles for creating readable and engaging content.

• Experience designing layouts that guide users through a structured visual hierarchy.

• Understanding of how visual elements influence player behavior and decision-making.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with content creators and marketing teams.

• Experience with A/B testing of design elements to optimize performance.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Experience with mobile-responsive design.
