The Impact You Will Make

You will be bringing the Risepoint brand to life every day in ways that are high-quality, scalable, and meaningful. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will maintain high standards in producing materials across a variety of formats for a wide variety of audiences and uses. Your expertise will ensure that Risepoint shows up consistency and at the same level of quality wherever people engage with us.

What You Will Do

  • Design digital and print assets across a wide variety of touchpoints, including web, social, experiential (exhibit materials), merchandise (company store), and print (reports, flyers, infographics).
  • Manage design templates for presentations, marketing collateral, and social.
  • Contribute to design libraries, such as iconography and photography.
  • Create motion assets, including video (editing, not filming), animation, and motion graphics.
  • Generate drafts and mockups of proposed designs and make revisions based on reviews by Creative Director and/or internal clients.
  • Collaborate with Brand Strategy and the larger Communications team, Marketing, Business Development, People, and other key functions to fill creative needs.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
  • Manage uploading process and governance for materials to CMS, internal storage, and DAM.

Experience That Matters Most

  • 5–7 years of experience in graphic design or related field
  • Strong design skills across digital, print, and motion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or other relevant field.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress.
  • Experience with AI tools and demonstrated ability to use them ethically and appropriately.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to self-organize and operate autonomously.
  • Understanding of accessibility best practices.
  • Direct experience in hands-on design production work.

Experience That's Great to Have

  • Previous experience in higher education or edtech.
  • Agency experience a plus.
  • A positive attitude, ability to take direction well, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
