As a Senior Gaming Operations Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with key suppliers while ensuring a seamless gaming content experience for our players. You'll be the central point of contact for vendors, coordinating new game launches, managing configurations, and overseeing high-priority requests. You'll work closely with internal partners across Marketing, Compliance, CRM, and Product to deliver high-quality gaming experiences and optimize performance across our portfolio.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 69,600.00 USD - 87,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You'll Do
- Centralize details for new game releases from suppliers and share them in clear, actionable formats with relevant internal teams.
- Oversee timely delivery of requests and solutions in partnership with the Casino Team and external suppliers.
- Track progress and key milestones for multiple concurrent projects, including vendor integrations, game launches, and regulatory submissions.
- Configure supplier content within the Casino product in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues and ensuring resolution for high-severity cases.
- Present new features and product enhancements to internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain strong market awareness by monitoring competitor products and industry trends.
- Partner with Marketing to develop, implement, and assess campaigns that improve game performance.
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, technical support specialist, or similar role within an online software company; experience in online gaming or casino operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Basic proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, and Airtable.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Technical and business acumen to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
