Senior Front End Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Front End Engineer with a strong focus on React, TypeScript, and Tailwind to build and scale Synthflow’s core platform.

• Build and maintain our front end architecture using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind to deliver a robust, scalable, and high-performance platform.

• Implement user-facing features and front end services that support our evolving product.

• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

• Work in a fast-paced, startup environment where innovation, speed, and scalability are key.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Front End Engineer with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.

• Extensive experience with React, TypeScript & CSS

• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing, participating in code reviews and pair programming.

• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive UI components with strong attention to performance and polish.

• Write comprehensive automated tests using Jest, Playwright, or similar to ensure UI stability and speed of iteration.

• Early-stage startup experience is a big plus, as we value adaptability and innovative problem-solving.

• Familiarity with Docker or DevOps tools is a nice bonus - especially helpful as we scale front end workflows.
