Senior Full-Stack React Developer (Azure)

In This Role

In this role, you will design, build, and deploy modern, scalable web applications that support critical security and customer-protection initiatives. You will work across the full stack, combining strong front-end expertise with cloud and DevOps practices to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners, ownership of technical decisions, and a focus on building high-quality, maintainable systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies
• Build intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces using component-based UI libraries
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with cloud-based services
• Deploy and manage applications using cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement automated build, test, and release processes
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
• Apply secure coding practices and follow industry security standards
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
• Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and engineering partners
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
• Take ownership of features from design through production support

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building applications with React.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience building accessible, reusable UI components
• Solid hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services
• Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Back-end development experience with Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit and integration testing)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and accountability in previous roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building highly secure, scalable, customer-facing applications
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG
• Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks
• Prior experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered coding assistants in daily development workflows
• Background working in fast-moving, enterprise-scale environments

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $110,000- $120,000 USD annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
