Senior Full-Stack Engineer

At Tradeify.co, we are a fintech company building powerful, data-driven trading platforms designed for performance, scale, and user experience. Our systems support thousands of traders globally, combining real-time insights, intuitive design, and robust infrastructure.

This is not a typical CRUD web app role — you’ll be working on complex, data-rich systems that require thoughtful architecture, performance optimization, and strong product intuition.

We’re looking for a pragmatic, collaborative engineer who thrives in a team environment, participates in structured development processes, and delivers high-quality code consistently.

This role is a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity, with strong potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems

• Develop and integrate with third-party APIs and external services critical to platform functionality

• Build and optimize backend services using Python and/or C#

• Develop and maintain APIs that power internal and external system integrations

• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces for data-heavy workflows and dashboards

• Work with modern databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.) and understand tradeoffs in data modeling and performance

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-impact features

• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Debug and resolve production issues with a focus on reliability and user experience

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience

• Strong experience with Python and/or C# in production environments

• Experience integrating and working with third-party APIs (REST, webhooks, SDKs, etc.)

• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)

• Solid backend experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or similar languages

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)

• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience building data-heavy or analytics-driven applications

• Exposure to financial systems, trading platforms, or fintech products

• Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging systems (Kafka, etc.)

• Familiarity with Electron or desktop applications

• Experience deploying applications using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
