Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who thrives in startup environments, takes ownership from idea to delivery, and enjoys solving complex product challenges.

You’ll work directly with Head of Engineering and a small, fast-moving team to


  • Ship new product features
    and improve core systems in React + Node.js.

  • Design and scale AI-driven workflows (automated video validation, creator content categorization, brand-creator matchmaking).

  • Set engineering standards: improve processes, select the right tools, and raise the technical bar.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design on high-impact projects.

  • Participate in and lead code reviews, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, and performance.

  • Mentor teammates, support onboarding, and foster a strong engineering culture.

  • Take ownership of projects end-to-end, asking clarifying questions and proposing creative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

  • 3+ years experience building scalable fullstack apps.

  • Strong in TypeScript, React, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, AWS.

  • Experience with AI/LLM tools (Make, n8n, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.).

  • Startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, and product sense.

  • Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves 🆕

  • Background in mobile app development (helpful for future expansion).

  • Exposure to AI-driven video/content analysis.

Work Setup & Overlap
  • Remote-first, flexible hours.

  • Ideal overlap with US team: up to 2–3 PM ET (19:00-21:00 CET/CEST (Central European Time)

  • We use Deel for international contracting.

Interview Process
  1. Recruiter Screen – culture/ownership fit, startup mindset, and role motivation.

  2. Code Pairing Interview (60 min) – solve a JavaScript/React/Node problem with another engineer.

  3. System Design Interview (60 min) – design a system (DB models, APIs, UI/UX tradeoffs).

  4. (Optional) Team Fit interview with Head of Engineering (30 min) – to test product sense and culture alignment.
