About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can work across the entire application stack and take end-to-end ownership of features, infrastructure, and technical decisions. As an early member of the engineering team, you’ll work with a modern ecosystem—Next.js, React, TypeScript, React Native, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, and cloud deployments—to architect scalable systems and deliver high-quality software.
This role is ideal for someone with strong generalist skills, the ability to navigate frontend and backend challenges, and a passion for building products in fast-paced startup environments. You’ll collaborate closely with the team, contribute to core architectural decisions, and help shape the platform's future.
Responsabilities:
- Build and maintain features across the full stack
- Develop responsive UIs using React and React Native
- Design and implement APIs, database models, and backend logic
- Integrate with external APIs and third-party services
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Optimize application performance across web and mobile
- Contribute to architectural decisions and code quality standards
Must Have:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong full-stack engineering skills
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JS frameworks
- Hands-on experience with React Native / Expo
- Familiarity with SQL databases and ORM tools
- Understanding of cloud services and deployment strategies
- Ability to design scalable systems and make sound technical decisions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Self-starter capable of working independently across the stack
Nice to Have:
- Experience with authentication systems (Better Auth, SSO)
- Startup or early-stage product experience
- Exposure to CI/CD and deployment automation
