About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Python and React (TypeScript) to help design, build, and evolve a modern web platform used by government teams and external stakeholders.
This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership. You’ll work across the full stack, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support mission-critical workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Python on the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend.
Build and evolve backend APIs and services to support complex workflows and integrations.
Develop responsive, accessible UI components aligned with product and UX requirements.
Work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or SQL Server) to model data, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity.
Contribute to system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and production support.
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer.
Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
Solid frontend experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, and modern CSS.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience working in cloud-based environments.
Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams.
Experience building applications for regulated or government-related environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Exposure to microservices or distributed system architectures.
Experience improving legacy systems or modernizing existing platforms.
