We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a project developing a specialized software system that supports the education and welfare of children in care. The platform provides real-time attendance tracking, personal education plan management, and secure data sharing among social workers, teachers, and local authorities. With a strong focus on data security, compliance, and role-based access, it is trusted by over 100 local authorities. Future enhancements include mobile app accessibility, AI-driven insights, and automated support features.
Requirements:
Solid knowledge of OOP, design patterns, principles, and best practices.
Strong proficiency in PHP 8 and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and experience converting designs into responsive, user-friendly pages.
Understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) and cloud best practices.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) and DevOps practices.
Strong knowledge of database design and optimization (MySQL, MariaDB).
Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest).
Excellent analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
Proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and drive solutions.
Strong communication skills with at least B2 English proficiency for global team collaboration.
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).

Analyze existing system architecture and identify areas for enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and maintainable solutions.
