Job Description

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
• Collaborate with best of breed UX designers, researchers, and back-end developers to build amazing, performant and scalable user interfaces with large scale data.
• Evolve existing User Interfaces to increase interactivity, intuitiveness, performance, and overall user delight.
• Work in the latest technologies such as Web Components, React, Redux, and GraphQL.
• Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
• Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $126,700 - $215,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- More than 6 years of software industry experience.
- Passion for software development, problem solving, design aesthetics, and engineering excellence.
- Significant experience designing and implementing highly interactive user interfaces for high volume web applications.
- Expertise working with JavaScript libraries and concepts such as AngularJS, React, Redux, NPM, Node JS, Web Components, Virtual DOM
- Deep knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST, GraphQL and associated frameworks
- 2+ years of Java experience (basic to intermediate debugging skills)
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is an added advantage.
- Experience with open-source technologies like Linux, Apache/Tomcat and MySQL
- Strong team player who can work with other experienced co-workers to help us evolve the technology stack and build modern and awesome UI experiences for our customers.
- • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
