What You'll Do
- Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces across Ostro's product suite using modern frontend frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend, to deliver seamless features and elevate existing UX
- Maintain high code quality through rigorous peer reviews, automated unit testing, and robust frontend standards
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability as user adoption grows
- Drive accessibility compliance by proactively testing, troubleshooting, and advocating for inclusive design practices
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging web technologies to continuously improve our frontend stack and patterns
Our frontend engineers design the core experience connecting healthcare providers with fast, accurate medication insights. In clinical settings, seamless UX matters because every interaction either accelerates a decision or creates friction. On our team, you will own key UI decisions that directly impact how quickly clinicians get the answers they need to deliver the best possible care.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering production B2B or B2C SaaS applications, with deep expertise in modern frontend development
- 5+ years of deep expertise in React, Javascript/Typescript or Tailwind
- Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills

Compensation
- Base pay: $110,000 - $270,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
