At Rezilient, we’re redefining primary care by making access to healthcare more convenient, timely, and seamless. Our innovative CloudClinic model combines virtual provider visits with cutting-edge technology to create a personalized digital healthcare experience that puts patients at the center of their care. By streamlining care delivery and continuously expanding specialty services, we empower our care team to focus on patient well-being while providing the most comprehensive and accessible care possible.

We’re seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join our growing engineering team and play a key role in shaping how patients and clinical teams interact with Rezilient’s technology. This role will focus on building and refining our web-based application and internal tools, creating experiences that are fast, intuitive, and meaningful. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, UX Design, and Full-Stack Engineers to transform complex healthcare workflows into elegant, accessible, and performant interfaces.

  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress. Participate in regular code reviews and implement automated accessibility checks.
  • Contribute components, tokens, and documentation to our shared design system, and partner with the UX team to maintain usability, theming consistency, and scalable patterns.
  • Set up analytics and product telemetry to track user engagement and performance. Collaborate on experiments and feature flags to measure impact and guide future improvements.
  • Translate clinician and patient workflows into clear, intuitive user interfaces while maintaining strict data security and privacy standards for protected health information (PHI).
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and full-stack teams to define requirements, plan iterations, and deliver features efficiently and thoughtfully.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years building modern web applications in startup or growth-stage organizations.
  • 4+ years of expertise in frontend development using Javascript and Typescript, with demonstrable experience developing production level applications using React.
  • Proficiency in frontend programming languages such as HTML and CSS.
  • Experience implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity and/or expertise in developing production level applications using Node.js and Express.
  • Familiarity with integration and interaction with SQL (Postgres).
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Comfortable with command-line tools/scripting (Bash, Git, cloud CLIs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the Agile Development Framework and ideally, with the Atlassian set of tools (Jira and Confluence).
  • Proficiency with UI/UX design, wireframing, and related tools (Figma, Adobe, etc).
  • Ability to use customer and internal team input to create functional, creative and user-friendly application pages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.

Benefits

This opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of healthcare in a culture where your ideas and contributions have a meaningful impact on the organization's future. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative, and diverse team, with competitive compensation and benefits that include generous PTO, paid family leave, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as stock options.
