As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a highly visible role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will have a strong focus on operating expense (OPEX) forecasting, variance analysis, and partnering with functional leaders. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, value creation initiatives, and ad hoc strategic projects, while helping to scale FP&A processes in a high-growth environment.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role - 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
- Lead and support OPEX forecasting and budgeting processes across multiple functional areas
- Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
- Monitor financial performance and investigate variances, identifying trends and drivers of results
- Partner closely with department leaders to provide clear, consistent, and actionable expense analysis and financial insights
- Assist in the development and enhancement of financial models, forecasts, and operating plans
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Support board-level and executive reporting, including narrative insights and recommendations
- Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–3+ years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience, with a strong emphasis on operating expense analysis and forecasting
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on budgeting and expense management
- Prior experience in a PE-backed, technology, or high-growth company preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Power BI and Power Query a plus
