EGYM Financial Services is growing fast – and now we are taking it to the United States. We are looking for a Senior Financial Services – USA, based in Denver, to build our leasing & financing business in the US market from the ground up.

This is a true greenfield build with a commercial heart. EGYM's technology business in the US is scaling, and Financial Services is the lever that turns one-off equipment purchases into monthly rates. There is no playbook yet – you will write it. You open doors with US banks and leasing partners, win over our own EGYM Technology Sales team, and convince customers that financing is the smarter way to buy. It takes a hands-on, growth-minded builder who stays persistent – because this is a story you have to sell on three fronts at once: to the banks, to our sales team, and to our customers. If you love shaping something from a blank page – you don't wait for the phone to ring, you pick it up first.

Your daily workout

• Build the US business from the ground up: You establish and grow EGYM's Vendor Financing business in the United States – from partner acquisition and program design through deal structuring, contract closing and portfolio monitoring. There is no existing volume; your mandate is to create it.

• Build the banking network: You identify, win and onboard US financial partners, and negotiate the framework programs and terms that let the business scale. This is a bank- and partner-driven build, so you spend real time getting close to how lenders think, decide and price.

• Make financing a sales driver: You work shoulder-to-shoulder with the EGYM Technology Sales team and US leadership to embed Financial Services into how they sell

• Set up the operational backbone: You establish the internal processes and hand-offs between Order Management, Accounting and Sales so that financed deals flow smoothly from quote to contract to revenue – clean, compliant and scalable.

• Own it and win everyone for the mission: You are the persistent champion for financing – convincing banks to back the program, our own sales team to lead with it, and customers to choose it. You keep pushing until financing is simply how EGYM sells in the US.

• Active market presence: You show up where the business is – with partners, the Technology Sales team, key customers, at EGYM events and at industry events such as HFA (Health & Fitness Association).

• Build the structure to scale: You design the workflows, contracts and controls that let this business scale, and keep our data clean, current and reliable. As volume grows, you build and lead the team around it.

Your fitness level

• Equipment finance experience: You bring 7–10+ years in equipment finance, leasing or an equivalent role with a clear understanding of how sales-financing drives commercial growth. A background in vendor finance is ideal.

• At home in the banking world: You have worked in or closely alongside the banking and financial-services sector and understand how banks and leasing companies operate, decide and price. Experience in a banking environment is a must for this role.

• A network that opens doors: Established industry relationships and a referral network among US banks, leasing companies and equipment-finance partners would be much appreciated and give you a real head start.

• Builder's track record: You have hands-on commercial, sales or business development experience and know how to build a pipeline, structure programs and close. You are comfortable creating something from nothing rather than managing something that already runs.

• Growth & hands-on mindset: You are growth-minded and hands-on – you enjoy the room to shape and design, roll up your sleeves, and get things done without waiting for a process to exist.

• Persistence & persuasion: You are persistent and resilient. You can sell the same new idea again and again – to banks, to internal sales teams and to customers – without losing energy or conviction.

• Ready to be in market: You are ready to travel and be visibly present in the market – meeting partners and customers, attending EGYM events and industry events such as HFA. Fluent, professional English is a must; German is a plus.

• Communication & credibility: You communicate with clarity and confidence – whether pitching a program to a US bank partner or aligning with the Technology Sales team and leadership.

Your training goals for the first 6 months

• Market & partner map: You have mapped the US landscape, built a prioritised target list of banks and leasing partners, and continued concrete conversations with the most promising ones.

• First partnerships in place: You have signed at least one funding/leasing partnership, with the terms and processes needed to start writing business.

• Sales integration: The EGYM US Technology Sales team knows, trusts and uses Financial Services, and together you have built and started rolling out a compelling monthly-rate pitch.

• Operational processes live: You have set up the working processes between Order Management, Accounting and Sales so financed deals can be processed cleanly and at scale.

• First financed deals: You have closed the first financed deals in the US and set a clear plan to grow financing volume.

Your training equipment:
  • Base Compensation: Annual base salary range of $115,000 – $125,000.

  • Benefits Package: Competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, monthly wellness, and internet stipends, 14 paid holidays per year, and PTO.

  • Skill Onboarding: Hands-on training to become a true EGYM expert.

  • Collaborative Culture: An innovative team environment working with diverse individuals, exploring new ways of thinking and problem-solving, and expanding skills alongside collaborative team members.
