A day in the life

Do you want to play a role in shaping how financial information drives global commerce?
The FAST team is looking for an Accounting Reporting Analyst – Senior to join us in Denver, CO. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing financial reports and disclosures that support Prologis’ accounting and financial close processes. You’ll collaborate closely with Accounting stakeholders across the globe to deliver reporting solutions that enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, financial-reporting minded, and passionate about delivering high-quality, well-structured reports and rollforwards that support global accounting operations. Seeking an innovation mindset to support Prologis’ mission of making financial reporting a strategic priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain financial reports and rollforwards using Oracle EPM tools such as Narrative Reporting, SmartView, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Partner with Global Accounting teams to develop financial statement reports, close-support schedules, and management reporting packages that meet corporate and regulatory needs.
  • Build in-depth understand of the Accounting team’s processes and data, allowing you to propose new ways to structure data to support reporting best practices.
  • Implement and uphold reporting standards and best practices for design, structure, and consistency across global reporting deliverables.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process by developing and maintaining recurring reports that streamline consolidation, review, and analysis activities.
  • Automate and standardize existing manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, FP&A, and Systems) to ensure data integrity and alignment across reporting tools and systems.
  • Assist in testing and validating reports during system upgrades, enhancements, or new implementation initiatives.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting support for accounting and finance leadership as needed.
  • Advise accounting and finance stakeholders on best practices related to hierarchy and data model structure to support dynamic reporting
  • Support and understand difference between external and management reporting and the strategic priorities of both stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in financial or management reporting, preferably within a large, global organization.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications, especially Narrative Reporting, SmartView, or Financial Reporting Studio. Certifications in Reporting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, close processes, and rollforward reporting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft or Oracle Cloud Financials preferred.  Familiarity with Sigma Computing, nice to have.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate accounting needs into effective reporting solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive and curious mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and reporting excellence.

Hiring Salary Range of: $97,000 - $119,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
