As a Senior Financial Planner, you'll provide comprehensive financial guidance to members, helping them achieve their financial goals through remote coaching, relationship management, and technology utilization.
As a Sr. Financial Planner at Facet, you will work directly with members as their financial life coach and guide, helping them improve their lives by inspiring and empowering them to reach their financial goals, both big and small. You will not only be responsible for providing sound, comprehensive financial advice and guidance, but for helping members make sense of their financial lives in actionable ways with the help of technology.

Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct 4-6 virtual member meetings per day to help them achieve their goals by acting as a financial life coach motivating them to take action to progress their financial plan
- Build trust and credibility in order to foster strong relationships with members remotely and provide a consistent, high-quality member experience with each interaction
- Motivate members to take action on any appropriate recommendations – A successful planner will be able to emphasize to our members the importance of our solutions, including investments, being integrated as a part of their plan
- Respond to member inquiries & requests efficiently and in a timely manner
- Learn and quickly adopt and implement new skills, processes, and technology
- Partner with team members to manage operational items including assisting with reviewing member portfolios and recommending investment solutions based on member risk/goals, coordinating member withdrawal needs and tax strategies for assets
- Effectively and ruthlessly manage your calendar, time, and other tasks to ensure efficiency

Requirements
- CFP® designation
- MST or PST Location preferred
- 3+ years of member facing financial planning experience
- Exceptional follow up and typing/written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members
- Flexibility with hours to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn in-house software and tools
- Exceptional time and calendar management skills – this is one of the biggest keys to success as a Facet planner
Benefits
- $110,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
