Qualified candidates must live in the United States and be willing to work other time zones at times to accommodate different offices. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

·       Ensure consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness across revenue and operational accounting processes

Systems, Tools & Automation Strategy

·       Evaluate existing financial systems, tools, and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies

·       Lead recommendations for FinOps tooling, system integrations, and process automation to support scale and efficiency

·       Partner with Engineering, Data, and IT teams to support system implementations, integrations, and data integrity

Reporting & Insights

·       Improve the accuracy, timeliness, and usability of reporting related to revenue and operational metrics

·       Enable finance leadership with clear, actionable insights to support decision-making

Strategic Partnership

·       Act as a strategic thought partner to finance leadership on scaling financial operations as the business grows

·       Help define the future-state financial operations model, balancing near-term execution with long-term scalability

RequirementsQualifications

·       7–10 years experience in financial operations, revenue accounting, or operational finance, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven environment

·       Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or similar is required.

·       Advanced degrees or certifications such as CPA or CFA is preferred.

·       Deep and proven expertise in revenue recognition, revenue collection and operational accounting processes

·       Proven experience evaluating and implementing financial systems, tools, and process improvements

·       Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments and build structure from the ground up

·       Excellent cross-functional communication skills with experience partnering across Finance, Legal, Engineering, Data, and IT
