Spreetail is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Merchandising / Supply Chain organization. In this critical role, you will be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for delivering impactful financial insights through analysis, reporting, and strategic business partnership. You will support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven recommendations, leading budget and forecast processes, and enhancing financial transparency across the organization. The ideal candidate will independently manage projects, develop scalable financial models, and drive continuous process improvements. Your analytical expertise and leadership will be essential in delivering timely, accurate financial insights that empower the executive team to make informed, strategic decisions.

How will you achieve success:

  • Lead the development and management of financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Deliver variance analysis and meaningful insights on actuals versus forecast/budget to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards that track financial and operational performance across departments.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand objectives, manage budgets, and provide financial guidance.
  • Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and the quality of financial insights.

  • Collaborated with business units to drive organizational performance through thoughtful analysis and aligned execution.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and data integrity while approaching challenges with initiative and effective time management.
