Senior Financial Analyst

Why We Have This Role

The Qualtrics FP&A team is looking for someone to join us and have a major impact on the company’s financial performance. With our aggressive financial growth and ever-changing environment, we need a highly motivated self-starter to join our best-in-class group. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who wants to make an impact on a fast-growing business, can conduct regular financial reporting, and can make strategic recommendations for the company.

This role will be focused on supporting our IT department and will collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders of that area.

  • Consistently improves practices within their team
  • Maintains a global perspective and works cross-functionally with other departments/offices to achieve results
  • Considers and presents solutions to solve emerging problems. May provide or suggest modifications to design based on best practices

How You'll Grow

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain visibility and influence at the executive level by collaborating closely with the CFO and other senior leaders
  • Act as a mentor to more junior members of the team
  • Broaden your skillset by completing special projects / reports for the executive team
  • Cultivate leadership skills by managing diverse teams and driving change initiatives in a high-growth environment

 

Things You'll Do

  • Proactively analyze financial and business data for strategic decision-making for the IT department
  • Partner with IT team to create ROI cases for software application initiatives
  • Lead in P&L reporting (budgeting, reporting and forecasting) for all of IT
  • Improve and maintain company budgeting processes
  • Make process recommendations within the company

 

What We're Looking for on Your Resume

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • 4-7 years of experience in FP&A
  • Experience in IT Finance
  • Collaborative team-work mentality
  • A hunger for personal and professional development
