As a senior member of Product Finance, you’ll be a key thought partner in the company’s financial decision‑making. You will own complex, cross‑functional analyses, ensure the accuracy and insightfulness of financial data, and turn quantitative findings into strategic recommendations. Ultimately, you’ll help drive company growth while maximizing the bottom line.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in tech/product finance and thrives in a high‑growth, cross‑functional environment.

This is a remote position based in the United States, with a requirement that the individual hired in this role reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the main finance partner for one or more product domains, shaping strategy with Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders.

  • Own the long‑range plan and quarterly forecasting for your portfolio; drive scenario/sensitivity analyses that inform roadmap, pricing, and resource allocation.

  • Build and maintain driver‑based models linking product inputs (adoption, conversion, engagement, churn, pricing) to P&L, cash flow, and unit economics.

  • Define the KPI framework with Data/Analytics; instrument metrics, monitor feature performance, and run ROI analyses to guide investment decisions.

  • Lead business cases for new initiatives and partnerships; run due diligence and post‑mortems to measure outcomes and codify learnings.

  • Upgrade and automate reporting and variance analysis; improve close‑to‑forecast accuracy with scalable processes, documentation, and controls.

  • Craft executive‑ready narratives and present insights to senior management (including CFO staff), influencing cross‑functional priorities and trade‑offs.

  • Mentor analysts; raise the bar on modeling, measurement, and storytelling while fostering an inclusive, safe, and creative team culture.

About you:

  • 4+ years in corporate finance, product/tech finance, investment banking, consulting, transaction services, or related fields within high‑growth environments.

  • Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning; expert in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides (you should be prepared for a brief live case study). SQL proficiency preferred; experience with Looker/Tableau or Python is a plus.

  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders; exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Depth in product finance: unit economics, pricing/packaging, LTV/CAC and cohort analysis, funnel/engagement metrics, and experimentation/AB‑test measurement.

  • Track record building scalable forecasting frameworks and KPI dashboards; ownership of monthly/quarterly performance narratives and variance drivers.

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
