- Help our leaders understand the business and make better decisions by collecting, analyzing, and presenting information
- Make the business better by contributing to diagnosis of complex problems, and the development and implementation of projects to solve them
- Keep the business running with crisp execution of our month end accounting and financial processes
- Illuminate the road ahead with support for monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning including analysis and management of Corporate Treasury and debt
- Support AIR's financial reporting by preparing quarterly operational and financial reports for executive team

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience with an extensive understanding of financial concepts, processes, modeling best practices and financial systems.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and comfort building complex models.
- Highly desirable skills include: experience presenting to senior leaders, strong financial writing skills, and Hyperion PBCS system experience. A background in FP&A is preferred with experience in accounting and real estate being beneficial, but not required.
- We have a lot of great tools - SQL, Power BI, Blue Prism, Power Apps, Python, Machine Learning, Microsoft Flow, VBA are all great skills to bring to the team
