We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Senior Financial Analyst with strong experience in SaaS business models to join our growing finance team. This generalist role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple areas of finance, and can serve as a strategic thought partner across departments. You'll play a key role in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement.
As a member of our finance team, you’ll help us build and scale a data-driven culture that supports our expanding SaaS business.

- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Ability to develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to explain financial performance.
- Support the development of annual operating plans (AOPs) and quarterly forecasts.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
- Financial Reporting:
- Analyze and interpret financial results, providing commentary and insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for management and board meetings.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
- Implement automation tools or system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures.
- Support internal control efforts and help scale financial operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with teams to support financial planning and performance tracking.
- Lead or support strategic initiatives including pricing, cost analysis, or go-to-market planning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or comparable relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in a SaaS or technology company. Experience working in a large accounting firm is highly desirable.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Experience with various systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive, Workday, Snowflake, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training.
