Webflow’s Corporate Finance team is passionate about solving the company’s most critical business challenges. We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to own revenue and cash flow forecasting. In this role, you’ll translate bookings into revenue, billings, and collections, and build precise direct and indirect cash flow models that give leadership forward-looking visibility into performance and liquidity. By combining technical accounting expertise with FP&A experience, you’ll deliver actionable insights, investigate complex data issues, and strengthen the forecasting frameworks that shape executive decision-making and long-term planning.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $115,000 - $155,000
      • Zone B: $108,000 - $146,000
      • Zone C: $101,000 - $137,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance you’ll … 

  • Own revenue forecasting – Develop, refine, and maintain revenue models in partnership with Accounting and FP&A, ensuring accurate GAAP-aligned forecasts. Translate bookings into billings, revenue, and collections; investigate discounts, refunds, and processing fees.
  • Lead cash flow forecasting – Build and maintain monthly and quarterly cash flow models, tracking inflows (collections, interest, sales tax/VAT revenue) and outflows (payroll, vendor spend, investments) and ensuring precision on timing and amounts.
  • Deliver executive insights – Prepare variance analyses, reporting packages, and dashboards that clearly explain trends and risks in revenue and cash flow.
  • Strengthen forecasting frameworks – Improve accuracy, scalability, and repeatability of models to drive predictability and support strategic planning.
  • Drive deep-dive analysis – Lead ad hoc and recurring analyses on areas like PLG vs. SLG revenue, product mix, entity-level forecasts, and all components impacting gross margin.
  • Support planning cycles – Play a key role in quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range outlooks with deep ownership of revenue and cash assumptions.
  • Partner cross-functionally – Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, GTM, and other business partners to align assumptions, reconcile results, and drive actionable insights.

About you:

You’ll thrive as an Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance if you have:

  • CPA required, with strong understanding of revenue recognition and cash flow mechanics.
  • 2+ years of Big 4 public accounting experience (audit or advisory), ideally with SaaS/technology clients.
  • 2+ years of FP&A experience in a high-growth technology environment with direct ownership of revenue or cash flow modeling
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Google Sheets/Excel expert). We use Google Sheets at Webflow.
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems (Adaptive, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Stripe, Zuora, etc.).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to investigate ambiguous or incomplete data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to distill complex data into simple, executive-ready insights.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
