You Will
- Provide financial planning and analysis support to our business partners
- Be a Financial Business Partner to Block's Hardware and Customer Operations teams
- Create analyses that facilitates clear decisions-making
- Develop month-end reporting that explains key P&L variances across our vendors
- Evaluate our performance; report the performance; identify any risks or opportunities associated with reported financial data
- Support the financial planning process for your key business partners and drive process improvements, including automation and standardization
- Partner with departments (e.g. Accounting, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, and others) to report on the financial impact of decisions across the company
- Prepare analysis and support communication to product leaders, board members and executive staff
You Have
- 4+ years of experience, with excellent modeling and business partnership skills
- Experience in an operating role within FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, consulting, investment banking, or a similar field
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences, with the ability to distill complex information for different audiences
- Experience with SQL/Hyperion a plus
