The Senior Field Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and overseeing a team of Field Sales Managers within the broadband division. This position focuses on expanding market share across residential and business broadband services, as well as promoting and selling ancillary products such as voice, security, and connected solutions. The Senior Field Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Field Sales to execute sales strategies, optimize performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Managers to achieve individual and regional sales goals.
  • Drive sales performance across all broadband and ancillary product lines through strategic planning, performance management, and effective execution.
  • Partner with the Director of Field Sales to align sales initiatives with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including revenue, productivity, penetration rates, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to maximize growth and profitability.
  • Conduct regular field visits, pipeline reviews, and performance assessments with managers and teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the sales organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure alignment and delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities to inform strategy and drive innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and all applicable regulations.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in sales leadership with demonstrated success managing field teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals within broadband, telecommunications, or technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of broadband and ancillary products such as voice, IoT, and security solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools and analytics to monitor and improve performance.
  • Ability to travel within assigned region as needed.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Inspirational leader who drives accountability and fosters team success.
  • Skilled collaborator able to influence across departments and levels.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering best-in-class experiences.
  • Agile and adaptable in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
