What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

As the Senior Field Marketing Manager (Mid-Market), you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of regional field events and account-based marketing (ABM) programs aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing brand visibility within the mid-market segment. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure all initiatives align with broader business goals and deliver measurable impact. You will be a key partner to sales, campaigns, and marketing operations, bringing market insights and executional excellence to every activation. This role requires approximately 40% travel.

Field Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Own and drive mid-market regional marketing targets across North America, aligning all field initiatives to support the annual operating plan (AOP) and revenue goals.
  • Design and execute integrated field marketing programs tailored to the mid-market segment. Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales to develop and launch ABM campaigns that engage key accounts, support strategic priorities, and deliver high-value opportunities to enhance brand visibility and drive pipeline growth.
  • Regional Event Leadership: Own end-to-end planning and execution of regional event marketing initiatives—including roadshows, roundtables, and virtual events—focused on delivering measurable business outcomes and deepening mid-market presence. Ensure seamless lead capture, follow-up workflows, and sales handoff to maximize pipeline conversion.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver impactful marketing assets, field kits, and campaign resources that empower sales to drive engagement, accelerate deal velocity, and convert qualified accounts.
  • Demand Generation & Lead Acceleration: Collaborate with digital, campaign, and email marketing teams to build field demand generation strategies that attract and convert qualified accounts into pipeline.
  • Market Planning & Targeting: Partner with sales leadership and marketing operations to identify strategic cities, verticals, and accounts for field activation and customer-facing programs.
  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador for Huntress, fostering strong relationships with customers, partners, and prospects while ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all field touchpoints.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Work closely with Marketing Ops and Demand Gen to analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize field programs for lead quality, conversion efficiency, and return on investment (ROI).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Demonstrated success collaborating with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to align field marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives and company revenue targets
  • Work closely with regional and territory sales leaders to understand mid-market needs and customize field marketing strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Demand Generation, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in cybersecurity/SaaS, with demonstrated expertise in ABM marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of the mid-market vertical and North America regional marketing best practices.
  • Proven track record of executing integrated demand generation activities that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing, and measuring the success of both in-person and virtual events that drove revenue and positively impacted the brand
  • Strategic mindset and ability to align demand generation and field marketing initiatives with overall business goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to measure and analyze the impact of field marketing initiatives
  • Budget management experience, with a focus on resource optimization and ROI
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability
  • Ability to travel ~40% of the time
