Responsibilities:

Provide first class administrative and project management support to Mountain View, CA-based senior executive/s
-
Provide in-person support from Yahoo's Mountain View office 3 to 5 days a week

Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
-
Schedule, manage and prioritize dynamic calendars, while keeping executive time highly accessible and flexible
-
Coordinate complex virtual meetings, international and domestic travel, accommodations and logistics
-
Initiate purchase orders, reconcile invoices, track budgets, and complete expense reports
-
Organize events, meetings and conference calls
-
Interface and collaborate daily with C-level executives, Chiefs of Staff, and other Executive Assistants across the company virtually, locally and internationally
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area
-
Minimum of 5 years of high level, complex executive administration work experience at the VP, SVP or C-level
-
Power user of Google GSuite (Google Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office
-
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs of executives and their teams and exercise independent, sound judgment
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and execute against multiple projects and deadlines

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Highest level of professionalism and integrity

Due to global nature of our business, ability to respond to email and calls outside standard business hours; possess global awareness, time zone sensitivity, culture, and logistics

Startup, tech or media industry experience a plus

The compensation for this position ranges from $65,625.00 - $136,875.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
