Your role:
- Act as the CEO’s senior strategic partner and trusted advisor, providing counsel, managing high-priority initiatives, and ensuring execution on company goals.
- Lead research, analysis, and synthesis of complex market, regulatory, and competitive data to inform executive decision-making.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, driving cross-functional projects from conception to completion in alignment with the CEO’s vision.
- Oversee the CEO’s schedule, prioritizing high-value engagements with investors, regulators, and board members, and managing all aspects of board and investor relations with precision and compliance.
- Represent the CEO in key internal and external meetings, building and maintaining strong relationships with regulators, financial institutions, legal advisors, and strategic partners.
- Ensure operational excellence by optimizing executive processes, producing high-quality communications and reports, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
- Manage complex logistics, events, and travel while being responsive to critical communications and available outside regular hours when needed.
- Provide timely, high-level support to stakeholders and handle sensitive personal matters for the CEO with absolute confidentiality.
What makes you stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years in senior executive leadership, Chief of Staff, strategy consulting, or corporate development - ideally in fintech, digital assets, technology, wealth management, or legal sectors.
- Deep expertise in financial statements, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and global legal frameworks, with strong familiarity in blockchain, cryptocurrency products, and evolving international regulations.
- Proven track record of advising and collaborating with C-level executives, investors, regulators, and legal advisors on high-impact initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities under pressure, paired with high emotional intelligence and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools, with flexibility for occasional international travel and extended hours as required.
