About The RoleThe Senior Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to our executive clients, providing thoughtful, reliable support where it matters most. In this role, you’ll work directly with executives, help manage their day-to-day priorities, and mentor other assistants, sharing your experience to help them grow and deliver great support by combining a personal touch with the right tools.
Core ResponsibilitiesTrusted Partner: Build strong, thoughtful relationships with executives by understanding their unique needs and delivering support that feels personal and impactful.
Proactive and Independent: Anticipate challenges, solve problems before they arise, and communicate clearly with the right people at the right time.
Collaborative Coordinator: Keep projects moving by working across teams, managing details, and making sure deadlines are met without the stress.
Supportive Mentor: Share your knowledge and lead by example, helping other assistants grow with confidence and deliver exceptional, human-first support.
Workflow Improvement: Spot inefficiencies and thoughtfully improve systems, using both process and tech to free up time for what really matters.
Clarity & Organization: Keep things running smoothly by maintaining clear documentation, timelines, and follow-ups that support transparency and momentum.
Experience: 7–10+ years of high-level executive support in roles like Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff. Skilled at navigating complex priorities, managing communication, and keeping things moving with ease and professionalism.
Supportive Leadership: Experience mentoring and guiding other Assistants, with a focus on growth, collaboration, and raising the bar for thoughtful, people-first support.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms, communication tools, CRMs, and financial systems to streamline work and boost efficiency.
Core Strengths: Strong judgment, proactive thinking, and the ability to stay one step ahead. You know how to prioritize, solve problems with care, and always handle sensitive information with discretion.
