The Role:
As a Senior Events Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact event programs for Marigold’s three core products. These programs will drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
This role blends strategic planning with operational excellence and requires strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Partnerships. What You’ll Do:
Develop an annual event plan that supports revenue targets and product priorities while aligning with key GTM strategies.
In concert with sales, marketing, and executive leadership teams, create KPIs for each event and measure success across attendance, engagement, pipeline generation, influenced revenue, and ROI.
Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, overseeing logistics, creative concepts, booth design, and cross-functional coordination to deliver standout brand experiences.
Collaborate with the customer marketing team to incorporate upsell and retention opportunities into event plans.
Coordinate with the marketing team on pre- and post-event campaigns that create buzz, drive attendance, and nurture leads through tailored follow-up and content experiences.
Conduct event retrospectives with a detailed analysis of performance metrics that will inform future event strategy and promote continuous improvement in future event planning.

You’re a strategic event marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. With a passion for converting event opportunities to ROI, you know how to turn ideas into impactful moments that connect, engage, and convert. You’re equally comfortable developing high-level strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to ensure every detail runs seamlessly.
You have a deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and how events drive awareness, pipeline, and customer relationships. Collaboration is your superpower. You love working cross-functionally with leadership teams in the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Partnership departments to bring shared goals to life.
You’re data-driven, results-oriented, and always looking for new ways to innovate and elevate the event experience.
