Nasuni is redefining how enterprises store, protect, and unlock the value of unstructured data in the age of AI.

Our unified file data platform brings storage, data services, security, and cloud intelligence together into a single hybrid cloud solution. Built for resiliency, modernization, and AI-readiness, Nasuni eliminates legacy complexity while enabling better data governance, automation, and insight generation.

Backed by Vista Equity Partners, Nasuni sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, enterprise data, and next-generation AI—including agentic AI architectures, orchestration layers, and governance frameworks.

Guided by our leadership principles—Unify to Win, Innovate to Lead, and Level Up to Scale—we are building the foundation for how modern enterprises manage and activate data at global scale.

Role Overview:

Nasuni is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Specialist to drive high-impact, field and regional events across the Western U.S. This role owns execution of Tier 3 regional programs while supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategic events.

You will focus on high-touch, executive-level experiences that create meaningful sales conversations—not just event volume. This includes curated customer and prospect engagements designed to generate pipeline, deepen relationships, and accelerate deal cycles.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes. It is not designed for candidates seeking ownership of global event strategy.

Level & Scope Definition

  • Own execution of regional event programs end-to-end
  • Operate within defined global and regional event strategy
  • Influence stakeholders but do not set overall strategy
  • Partner across Sales, Campaigns, Alliances, and Field Marketing
  • Balance execution excellence with continuous improvement and innovation
Responsibilities:

Event Execution & Regional Ownership

  • Execute 40–50 annual events across assigned territories (approx. 10–15 directly owned)
  • Manage logistics, vendors, run-of-show, and on-site delivery
  • Deliver high-quality, executive-level event experiences

Field & Sales Alignment

  • Partner with Enterprise and Commercial Sales teams to align events to pipeline goals
  • Support account-based and territory-specific engagement strategies
  • Ensure post-event follow-up aligns to revenue outcomes

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Campaigns, Channels, Alliances, and Partner teams
  • Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 programs led by senior event leaders
  • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and priorities

Program Optimization & Measurement

  • Track event performance: attendance, engagement, meetings, and pipeline impact
  • Optimize programs based on data, not volume
  • Improve yield from webinars and field events

AI-Driven Execution & Innovation

  • Use AI tools to enhance event planning (targeting, speaker sourcing, messaging)
  • Apply AI to improve attendee engagement, personalization, and reporting
  • Experiment with AI-driven approaches to increase event ROI and efficiency

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage event budgets and vendor relationships
  • Ensure cost efficiency and regional optimization (minimize unnecessary travel)
Qualifications:

Must-Have

  • 4–7 years in B2B event or field marketing (SaaS or technology preferred)
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end event execution
  • Experience supporting pipeline-generating sales motions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing stakeholders
  • Experience executing high-touch, executive-level events
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience using CRM/marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)

Preferred

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, storage, or cybersecurity
  • Webinar and hybrid event experience with measurable outcomes
  • Experience supporting regional or field marketing programs
  • Exposure to partner and alliance-driven events

Ideal

  • Experience targeting enterprise IT buyers (CIO, CTO, IT leadership)
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders without authority
  • Demonstrated ability to improve event ROI and pipeline impact

Experience Guidelines

  • 4–7 years total experience
  • 3–5 years hands-on event execution ownership
  • Experience supporting measurable pipeline or revenue impact
