Job Summary

The Senior ERP Specialist plays a critical role in the technical administration and enhancement of ERP applications across multiple modules and integrations. This position is essential for ensuring that the ERP environment operates efficiently, meets quality standards, and aligns with business objectives. The specialist will drive continuous improvements and optimizations while effectively managing software updates and troubleshooting complex issues.


Key Responsibilities


1. Manage The Overall Erp Environment, Including Configurations, and Integrations in Modules Such as Finance, Supply Chain, And Manufacturing, Ensuring Optimal Performance and Compliance with Best Practices.

2. Monitor And Assess New Software Releases, Support Packs, And Kernel Upgrades for Their Impact on Application Performance and User Experience, Implementing Necessary Adjustments to Maintain System Integrity.

3. Identify And Implement Opportunities for Improvement and Optimization Within the Erp System by Analyzing Business Processes and Aligning Enhancements With Organizational Goals.

4. Perform Advanced Troubleshooting for Complex Technical Issues at Both the ERP and Database Levels, Utilizing Tools Such as SQL And System Logs to Diagnose and Resolve Problems Efficiently.

5. Stay Updated on Emerging Erp Technology Trends and Best Practices, Transferring Knowledge to Team Members Through Workshops and Documentation to Enhance Team Capabilities.


Skill Requirements

1. Expert Level Proficiency in Erp Data Management, With A Strong Understanding of ERP Architecture and Multi-Module Integration.

2. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills, With In-Depth Knowledge of SQL Databases and Performance Tuning.

3. Strong Analytical Skills to Identify Optimization Opportunities Within Erp Systems.

Skills needed for Salesforce Data Cloud jobs:

- Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes

- Experience with Salesforce platform and APIs
