This is a remote position.
Superlanet is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Senior ERP Project Manager to support critical UKG and Workday initiatives during a period of high project volume and organizational complexity. This role requires a strong self-starter who can independently prioritize, drive action, and bring structure to fast-moving ERP programs without the need for close supervision.
This is a remote, 5-month contract.
Lead and support multiple concurrent ERP initiatives, including:
UKG implementation phases (Analytics/DataHub, Advanced Scheduler)
HRIS implementation
Workday Supply Chain module re-implementation
Drive project execution across a portfolio of ~5 priority initiatives over the next 5 months
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across all assigned projects
Operate within existing tools and platforms
Ensure adherence to agreed-upon processes, timelines, and expectations
Basic to working knowledge of UKG and Workday
Prior experience supporting or managing ERP, HRIS, or large-scale enterprise system implementations strongly preferred
Senior-level project or program management experience in complex, fast-paced environments
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel projects with competing priorities
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Comfortable operating in partially structured environments and bringing clarity, organization, and momentum
