We're looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead growth across a portfolio of Canadian school districts. This is a senior, high-impact role where you'll work closely with district leaders, educators and internal teams to bring EP's platform to life in schools. You'll own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build meaningful long-term relationships and play a key role in shaping how we grow in the Canadian market. You'll also act as a trusted voice between the market and our internal teams - sharing insights, influencing strategy and helping us continuously improve how we support schools.
What you will do

- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging district leadership, procurement teams and educators
- Navigate public sector procurement processes, including RFPs, tenders and vendor evaluations
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and facilitate workshops that clearly articulate EP's value
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a strategic partner to your accounts
- Develop tailored, ROI-driven business cases aligned to district goals, priorities and funding constraints
- Design and run pilot programmes that demonstrate impact and convert into long-term partnerships
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including pilots, multi-year contracts and district-wide rollouts
- Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and clear visibility for leadership
- Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and strong ongoing engagement
- Act as an escalation point for key accounts where needed, supporting long-term success and retention
- Share insights on market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategy and product direction
- Collaborate with Product and Content teams to continuously improve our offering
- Mentor and support other Account Executives, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team
- Act as a key liaison between the regional sales team and senior leadership, sharing updates and insights
About you
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment (education experience highly regarded)
- Experience leading complex, enterprise-level sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Confidence working within public sector procurement processes (e.g. RFPs, tenders)
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience running demos or workshops
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to build business cases and navigate negotiations
- A good understanding of the education sector and the challenges schools and districts face
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to think long-term while delivering on short-term targets
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasting and reporting
- A collaborative approach, with a willingness to share knowledge and support others
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively across teams and levels of the business
