The Position:
The Stats & Insights team powers all scorekeeping and game insights experiences in the GameChanger app. The team maintains a stable, feature-rich game experience for team staff and parents, and an exciting way for fans to follow the action when they can't be at the game.
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of engineers building capabilities and innovative features for our iOS, Android and web apps. You'll coach your team, partner closely with cross functional teammates on delivering an exciting roadmap, and work across the organization to connect business strategy to user impact. You'll report to an Engineering Director.
What You'll Do:
Coach your team to take strong ownership of their projects, deepen their technical expertise, and develop into future leaders.
Collaborate with peers across our Video Capture, Computer Vision and Business Development teams to deliver new features and stats integrations.
Collaborate with cross functional partners to ship early and often by helping your team iterate, experiment, and learn from every release.
Work with other engineering leaders to improve our culture, craft, and engineering practices across the organization.
Guide technical direction for how stats data is captured and consumed, contributing to design and implementation when needed.
Who You Are:
3+ years leading engineering teams and 5+ years of software development experience, including architectural design and technical direction.
Technically fluent across platforms including native iOS or Android development, web and backend with familiarity in working with large data sets.
Experience designing and scaling systems that enable rich, reliable mobile and web experiences.
Grounded in delivery excellence, bringing clarity, prioritization, and accountability to how teams ship and create impact.

The target salary range for this position is between $210,000 and $240,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
