ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As an Ecommerce Strategist at Tharp Ventures, you’ll lead client success through post-sale relationship management, strategic marketing planning, and account growth. You’ll ensure your clients’ ecommerce initiatives run seamlessly, hit their goals, and exceed expectations—all while collaborating with a talented team to deliver outstanding results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and execute ecommerce marketing strategies tailored to client goals, driving measurable growth and profitability.
  • Manage client accounts with a focus on campaign execution, performance optimization, and timely delivery of all tasks.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance results.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive, high-impact marketing plans that maximize conversions.
  • Stay ahead of ecommerce trends and tools, including Meta ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Offer clients strategic guidance to refine their ecommerce platforms and marketing efforts for peak performance.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, testing new strategies and tools to keep Tharp Ventures and its clients at the forefront of the industry.
  • Leverage marketing psychology and market trends to anticipate client needs and craft strategies that resonate with target audiences.

ADDITIONAL:

  • Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM CST (flexibility possible based on client needs).

Requirements
  • Proven experience in an agency or consultancy environment, with a focus on ecommerce client management.
  • Deep understanding of Shopify and digital marketing channels (Meta ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, impactful insights.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, comfortable juggling multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tools like TripleWhale, Northbeam, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify and similar platforms for tracking and optimizing performance.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for staying current in the fast-evolving ecommerce landscape.
