BE A PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Regional Construction Director, you will be responsible for ensuring standard plant architecture design specifications, construction standards and established SLA standards are followed for all residential and commercial construction, as well as the attainment of budgeted financial objectives for the Regional Construction Organization.

Management skills will be incredibly helpful in this role, as you will be one of the leaders of this department. While meeting budgeted miles and passing in the approved business plan for the year, your work will help in achieving Charter's mission of providing cable and internet services to everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
  • Experience: Project management experience of at least seven years, engineering or technical experience of at least ten years, cable plant or HFC construction experience of at least five years, finance and budgeting experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
  • Technical Skills: Extensive Knowledge of HFC, Advanced Video, and IP Networks, advanced knowledge of Cable Fiber design systems, working background in GIS and Geocoding, working expertise in HFC construction best practices, advanced knowledge of data transport technologies including optical and HFC systems, advanced knowledge of CWDM/ DWDM wavelength configuration and management
  • Abilities: proven ability to lead and train field technicians in design concepts and practical application of design theory, able to communicate in a professional, clear, and concise manner, able to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure, able to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Skills: Able to motivate and supervise others, able to use a personal computer and software applications, strong communication skills, strong leadership and management skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: SCTE / BCTE / NCTI certification or equivalent, relevant industry and vendor- specific certifications and training

The base pay for this position generally is between
$141,300.00 and $250,900.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
