This is a pivotal leadership position for someone who can think deeply about category creation while executing pragmatically in fast-moving GTM cycles.

Translate complex technical innovation into clear, differentiated positioning that resonates with executive buyers and end users alike.
Partner with Communications and Brand to ensure consistency of message across all channels, from web and campaigns to sales decks and PR.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of PMMs who are strong in strategy and storytelling, balancing product expertise with GTM execution.
Establish a clear operating rhythm for launches, messaging, and enablement that increases quality and predictability.
Instill standards of excellence in narrative development, competitive positioning, and cross-functional partnership.
Act as a strategic counterpart to Product leadership, ensuring product roadmap and messaging are anchored in customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.

10–15 years of Product Marketing experience, including 3+ years leading teams at the Director or Senior Director level in B2B SaaS (enterprise or AI experience preferred).
Proven success leading PMM organizations through growth, scale, or transformation.
Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with executives and end users.
Deep experience in messaging, positioning, pricing, and GTM enablement for multi-product portfolios.
Track record of partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive alignment and clarity.
Confidence presenting to executives and influencing high-level strategic decisions.
Experience building scalable systems, from messaging frameworks to launch processes, that drive consistency and quality.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a history of developing PMMs who think strategically and act with ownership.
A data-driven mindset that connects storytelling and positioning work to measurable business outcomes such as adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
