Overview:

The Senior Director, Product Management will be responsible for defining and executing on a multi-year product vision and strategy that will drive the growth of Precisely’s Data Integration product portfolio. This role will report to the SVP, Product Management and will manage a global team of product managers and product owners. The ideal candidate will bring strategic product acumen, a customer-focused mindset, deep technical expertise, and a proven ability to embed AI into product experiences to accelerate growth and enhance user delight.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Vision & Planning: Develop and execute on a multi-year strategic roadmap that advances corporate goals and spans organic product growth, acquisitions, and both direct and indirect revenue channels
  • Business Transformation: Lead the transition of software products to multi-tenant SaaS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and customer-centric design
  • AI Innovation: Drive the delivery of AI features that enhance user experience, automate user workflows, and unlock new growth opportunities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a global team of product managers and product owners, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration in line with Precisely’s values
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Synthesize learnings from market trends, an evolving competitive landscape, and customer needs to define actionable go-to-market strategies and roadmap updates
  • Business Case Development: Create and maintain business cases for new initiatives, features, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and ROI expectations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption
  • Communication & Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and insightful updates to executive leadership and stakeholders through self-serve reports, presentations, and quarterly business reviews
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of products from ideation to sunset, including requirements gathering, roadmap development, prioritization, and release planning

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • 3+ years leading high-performing product teams, particularly in B2B SaaS or enterprise software markets
  • Proven track record of driving successful SaaS product transformations
  • Experience leading global teams and managing complex portfolios composed of products in varying lifecycle stages
  • Demonstrated success in embedding AI capabilities into product offerings
  • Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, pricing, and market segmentation
  • Success driving product integrations and deployments across any or multiple of the following:
    • Hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
    • ISV data platforms (Confluent, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
    • Cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, containers, serverless, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science; MBA or MS is a nice to have
