Job Description:

CSI is seeking a strategic but execution-focused Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our money movement products and platforms, including ACH, Wire, FedNow, Real-Time Payments (RTP), and other emerging payment rails. As a key member of the Payments leadership team, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of CSI’s payment infrastructure, driving innovation, and delivering seamless, secure, and scalable solutions to our customers.

We are looking for a seasoned product leader with 15+ years of experience in payments, financial technology, or banking, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building and scaling complex payment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for CSI’s money movement capabilities across ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and emerging payment rails.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.

  • Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap aligned with CSI’s business goals and customer needs.

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative payment products and enhancements.

  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives through agile methodologies and strong program management.

  • Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and customer support to ensure seamless execution and adoption.

Customer & Market Focus

  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.

  • Translate customer needs into clear product requirements.

  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and analysts.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the product organization.

  • Represent the product function in executive forums and contribute to broader business strategy.

Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

  • Ensure all products meet regulatory and compliance standards, including NACHA, Fed regulations, and other relevant frameworks.

  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to proactively manage risk and maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 8 years in payments or financial services.

  • Strong expertise in money movement technologies including ACH, Wire, RTP, and FedNow.

  • Proven success in leading product strategy and execution for complex platforms.

  • Strong understanding of payment rails, settlement processes, and regulatory environments.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with enterprise clients, banks, and financial institutions is highly desirable.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
