Job Description:
CSI is seeking a strategic but execution-focused Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our money movement products and platforms, including ACH, Wire, FedNow, Real-Time Payments (RTP), and other emerging payment rails. As a key member of the Payments leadership team, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of CSI’s payment infrastructure, driving innovation, and delivering seamless, secure, and scalable solutions to our customers.
We are looking for a seasoned product leader with 15+ years of experience in payments, financial technology, or banking, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building and scaling complex payment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for CSI’s money movement capabilities across ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and emerging payment rails.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.
Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap aligned with CSI’s business goals and customer needs.
Execution & Delivery
Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative payment products and enhancements.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives through agile methodologies and strong program management.
Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and customer support to ensure seamless execution and adoption.
Customer & Market Focus
Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.
Translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Leadership & Team Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and analysts.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the product organization.
Represent the product function in executive forums and contribute to broader business strategy.
Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
Ensure all products meet regulatory and compliance standards, including NACHA, Fed regulations, and other relevant frameworks.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to proactively manage risk and maintain audit readiness.
Qualifications
15+ years of product management experience, with at least 8 years in payments or financial services.
Strong expertise in money movement technologies including ACH, Wire, RTP, and FedNow.
Proven success in leading product strategy and execution for complex platforms.
Strong understanding of payment rails, settlement processes, and regulatory environments.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with enterprise clients, banks, and financial institutions is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
