Lead Chewy's pricing function, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing across 200K products while managing multiple teams and driving data-driven strategies.
Our Opportunity
At Chewy, we strive to be the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents and our partners - vets and service providers - alike. Our success is measured by the happiness of the people and pets we serve, not simply by the amount of pet supplies we deliver. That's why we continue to think outside the Chewy box to delight, surprise, and thank our loyal pet lovers!
Chewy's mission is to deliver exceptional value to pet parents every day. Pricing plays a critical role in that mission - ensuring our 200K product catalog is competitively priced, trusted, and easy for customers to understand. We are seeking a Senior Director of Pricing & Data Science to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Chewy's central pricing organization. In this role, you will shape how Chewy prices products across categories, partner with leaders across the company, and drive innovations that ensure customers always feel confident shopping with us.
