Who You Are
You've spent your career building brands that earn trust in rooms where trust is hard to come by - boardrooms, legal teams, insurance carriers, and security practitioners who've seen every vendor pitch imaginable. You don't just create campaigns. You build credibility.
You know how to take something technically complex - a novel attack vector, a post-incident lessons learned, a shift in the threat landscape - and turn it into a narrative that resonates with a CFO, a CISO, and a general counsel all at once. You're as comfortable in a content strategy session as you are presenting pipeline attribution to a leadership team.
You've led marketing functions before. You know that getting there - real brand authority, real inbound momentum - means showing up with sharp strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. You don't wait for perfect conditions. You build the engine while driving it.
Why You Matter
You'll be joining MOXFIVE as Senior Director of Marketing, owning the strategy and execution that shapes how the market sees us - and why they trust us. MOXFIVE sits at the intersection of elite incident response, cyber resilience advisory, and the legal and insurance ecosystems that activate when organizations are at their most vulnerable. That positioning is powerful. Your job is to make sure the right audiences know it.
This isn't a role that manages a mature machine. You'll be building, scaling, and leading -defining what a high-performance marketing function looks like for a company whose differentiation is deep, real, and not yet fully told. The opportunity is significant. So is the ownership.
What You'll Do
Brand & Communications
Define and drive MOXFIVE's core brand voice - ensuring every external touchpoint reflects the authority, precision, and trust that our work earns every day
Build and lead an integrated communications strategy that puts MOXFIVE in front of cybersecurity, legal, insurance, and private equity audiences - where it matters most
Oversee PR initiatives including media relationships, press releases, award submissions, and speaking engagements that amplify our executive and brand presence
Lead communications through organizational milestones - acquisitions, partnerships, launches - with the clarity and consistency that keeps internal and external audiences aligned
Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

Marketing Operations

Establish KPIs, track performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership with a focus on inbound growth, engagement, retention, and brand reach
Manage external vendors and agencies across design, PR, and digital to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget

Develop client-focused strategies - including customer journey programs - that improve satisfaction and drive retention
Identify and build strategic partnerships with industry associations, advisory boards, and professional organizations that expand our brand reach and credibility
What You'll Bring
10+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success in senior roles - ideally in cybersecurity, managed services, financial services, legal, insurance, or a similarly complex B2B environment
A proven track record in brand strategy, integrated communications, content creation, and PR - with measurable outcomes in lead growth, engagement, retention, or market expansion
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling instincts - the ability to make technically complex or heavily regulated subject matter accessible, compelling, and credible
Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies to deliver high impact programs on time and on budget
Strong analytical foundation - you establish KPIs, interrogate data, and apply insights to continuously sharpen performance
The organizational horsepower to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously without losing momentum on any of them
Experience leading communications through organizational change - acquisitions, mergers, rebrands - with the steady hand and strategic clarity those moments demand
A genuine ability to operate with autonomy: you set direction, produce work, and drive outcomes without waiting to be told what to do next
