We’re looking for a Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead and modernize our global technology environment. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and always-on infrastructure that powers our business and customer experience.

You’ll lead a globally distributed team across cloud, network, data centers, and end-user computing—while shaping the future of our technology through cloud transformation, automation, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

🌍 Lead at Scale

  • Build and lead a global team of managers and technical experts across infrastructure, cloud, network, and IT operations
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and resilient team culture

🚀 Drive Transformation

  • Own and execute our IT infrastructure strategy aligned to business priorities
  • Lead cloud adoption and optimization across AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Champion automation and DevOps to improve efficiency and scalability

⚙️ Deliver Operational Excellence

  • Ensure highly available, secure, and reliable infrastructure services
  • Drive continuous improvement through strong SLA/KPI management
  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes

🔐 Strengthen Security & Resilience

  • Partner with Security and Engineering to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning

🤝 Influence & Partner

  • Engage with executive leadership on strategy, priorities, and risk
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across IT, Security, Engineering, and Business teams
  • Manage key vendor relationships and ensure value delivery
What You Bring
  • Proven experience leading global infrastructure and operations teams at scale
  • Deep expertise across enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and ITIL-based operations
  • Strong track record driving cloud transformation, automation, and modernization initiatives
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and optimizing costs
  • Strong decision-making skills in complex, high-impact environments
Qualifications
  • 12–15+ years of IT infrastructure and operations experience
  • 7–10+ years of leadership experience, including managing leaders
  • Experience in enterprise, global environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Certifications such as ITIL, AWS/Azure, CISSP, or TOGAF are a plus
