For a high-growth technology firm like LJI, partnerships with Strategic Technology Independent Software Vendors(ISVs), the Big 5 firms, the elite Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), and other key influencing partners are not just sales channels—they are market force multipliers. As the Senior Director – Global Strategic Partnerships, you will be the chief architect of our alliances with these firms. You will ensure that when these top-tier GSIs propose a next-generation customer engagement strategy to a Global 2000 client, GRAVTY® is the engine powering that vision.
The Role
The Senior Director – Global Strategic Partnerships is a leadership role designed for a strategic “builder” who understands the DNA of GSIs, ISVs, and the broader partner ecosystems. This role will be responsible for driving global partnership strategy, cultivating strong C-suite relationships within the partner network, and leading the execution of joint Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alliance Leadership: Architect and execute a GSI, ISV and influence partners roadmap. You will move beyond "referrals" to create a structured co-sell/resell engine that accelerates revenue growth globally.
- Executive Orchestration: Act as the face of LJI to GSI, ISV and Marketing agency practices and sales leaders. You will drive high-level joint business planning, ensuring LJI is embedded in the partner's "Standard Reference Architecture."
- Co-Innovation & Solutioning: Collaborate with LJI’s Product and Engineering teams to build industry-specific "playbooks." You will help GSIs, ISVs create "Loyalty-as-a-Service" offerings powered by GRAVTY®’s autonomous AI.
- Pipeline & Forecast Ownership: Lead global account mapping and joint pursuit strategies. You will own the ISV, GSI, Key Influencers partnerships’ sales forecast, providing the LJI executive team with clear, data-driven visibility into partner-led growth.
- Enablement & Partner Excellence: Design "GRAVTY-ready" enablement programs. You will ensure that GSI and Agency consultants don't just know our name, but can effectively position and deploy our cloud-native loyalty and customer engagement solutions.
- Business Reviews (QBRs): Maintain a rigorous cadence of Executive Business Reviews to measure KPIs, proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks, and uncover "white space" opportunities.
- Market Intelligence : Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and the evolving GSI, ISV, and Agency partner landscape.
What You Bring (Must Haves)
- The "Big Firm" Pedigree with 10+ years of proven track record of managing GSI partnerships, preferably with prior work experience at one of the Global Strategic Partners.
- Ecosystem Intelligence and deep understanding of the "internal math" of a GSI, and how to navigate their complex hierarchies.
- Executive-level relationships within the top-tier GSIs, ISVs, or Agency partners.
- Capability to seamlessly collaborate with LJI’s internal teams while navigating the often complex and demanding expectations of global partners, ensuring alignment and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Communication and presentation mastery, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen, with a history of driving measurable results.
- Strong technical fluency with a clear understanding of modern architectures, including Cloud-Native, Serverless, and Agentic AI, enabling meaningful engagement with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM systems viz zoho, hubspot, salesforce, or similar tools to manage partnerships, track pipeline, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Startup DNA and a "Juggernaut" mindset—thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and building the "playbook" as you go.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.
