Job Description
This role will be responsible for overseeing and driving initiatives that transform the Global learning and development (GLD) Supply Chain. The primary focus of this role would be to align learning strategies with business goals and improve learning outcomes overall. This role will report directly to the SVP, GLD and collaborate with the GLD Leadership team to drive the road map and implement best practices.

  • Plan and lead the GLD transformation strategy and initiatives, aligned to the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute GLD transformation roadmap, incorporating process improvements, system enhancements, and change management strategies.
  • Collaborate with GLD leadership, Global People Leaders and Business leaders to drive the Transformation Road map and help achieve the transformation objectives
  • Drive change by promoting and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing employee & customer experience
  • Ensure successful adoption of new learning strategies and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and gain buy-in for learning transformation projects.
  • Define target metrics on demand / capacity planning, best cost location strategy, optimization of resources (including outsourcing), as defined for the transformation -
  • Implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of GLD learning transformation initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve learning strategies and outcomes.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with the GLD Leadership team to ensure the timelines are met and help problem solve where required.
  • Stay updated with emerging GLD trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance GLD transformation


Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience as a Global HR Transformation Lead or in a similar role, driving HR transformation initiatives on a global scale.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex global HR transformation projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR transformation challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple transformation projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Leaders and cross functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong change management skills to effectively drive organizational change and adoption of new HR practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of >, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
